Where is the help on this page, and what does it cost to use?
Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations. Following any of them costs nothing and takes you straight to that organisation's own website.
- begambleaware.org
- gamblingtherapy.org
- gamcare.org.uk
These are the only outbound links on the whole site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisation's own site. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.
Can this site turn on a deposit limit or a cooling-off period for me?
No. Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion belong to an operator account. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application, so nothing published here can switch one on, check one or enforce one. If you want any of those controls, you set them up inside the account you hold at the destination, once you are there.
Nobody's age is verified on this site and no gambling takes place on it: any check of that kind happens at the destination. The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this site, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing, but repeating a restriction is not the same as checking it.
What should I decide before I follow any operator link?
Each of the ten operator listings ends with the same warning line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site — each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that moment the destination's rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.
A few practical habits help before that moment comes:
- Decide the amount you're willing to spend before you start, and treat it as already spent — that way a loss is not a surprise and a win is not money you were relying on.
- Never chase a loss by increasing a stake to win back what's gone; the amount you decided on was the limit, not a starting point to renegotiate.
- Keep gambling away from borrowed money, so a bad run doesn't turn into a debt.
- Take breaks during a session rather than playing until you stop, which makes it easier to notice how much time or money has actually gone.
- Involve someone else early, as soon as gambling stops feeling like entertainment, rather than waiting until it becomes a bigger problem to explain.
Is anything on this site watching how I browse?
No advertising or behavioural profiling network is present in these pages, so nothing here is targeted at a reader who has shown risky behaviour. There is no login, no account and no form on this site, so there is nothing here that could track a pattern of play or tailor what you see to it. Any protection of that kind, like any control over your spending, exists only at the destination once you have followed a link there.
